Welcome to the Polyroads online store, operated by Polyroads (Pty) Ltd (Reg no. 2009/017412/07, VAT no. 4810323529). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%.
We do our best to describe products and show colours accurately, but slight variations may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information, and to change or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and/or dispatch it.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or we can’t verify payment. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayFast. By paying, you agree to PayFast’s terms.
Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery & collection

Delivery and collection are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

5. Correct use of products — important

Our products are building, waterproofing and road-repair materials for use by people who understand basic DIY or trade practice. You agree to:

Read and follow the instructions on each product page and on the packaging.
Use appropriate safety precautions (gloves, eye protection, ventilation) and keep products away from children.
Prepare surfaces and apply products as directed — most product failures come from poor preparation or incorrect application.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for results caused by incorrect application, poor surface preparation, unsuitable conditions (e.g. applying in rain), or use outside our published instructions. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy, including your cooling-off and defective-goods rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product descriptions, images, logos and branding — belongs to Polyroads (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied or used without our permission.
