What it is

The complete pothole-repair kit for estates, farms, complexes, body corporates and small municipal jobs. Everything's matched so nothing's wasted: 10 × 25 kg AsphalTech bags (covers 5 m² at 20 mm) plus 1 L of AsphalTech Bonding Primer (covers 5 m² diluted 1:4) — a full, professional-grade repair, done yourself.

  • Polymer-modified cold asphalt — no heating, no heavy machinery

How to use it
  1. Clean and square each hole — remove debris and standing water.
  2. Dilute the primer 1:4 with water and brush it into the base and walls.
  3. Fill with AsphalTech, compacting in layers no thicker than 20–25 mm.
  4. Finish the top layer slightly raised (proud) so it settles level under traffic.
  5. Leave 30 minutes, then open to traffic.

You'll need (not included): hand tamper, spade, pick, hard brush, wheelbarrow, water.

Delivery: courier nationwide via Bob Go, dispatched from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout on your order's weight and destination — you see the price before you pay. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days to main centres.

Free collection: 3/4 Coppel Road, Alrode South, Alberton — Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm. We'll email you when your order is packed and ready.

Returns: 7-day cooling-off on unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging. Opened, mixed or part-used product can't be returned unless faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are covered for 6 months under the CPA.

Damaged in transit? Don't use it — email photos to shop@polyroads.com within 48 hours and we'll sort out a replacement or refund with the courier.
