What it is

SoilTech Filler is a pre-blended base-repair material — selected aggregate stabilised with SoilTech Mk III polymer binder — made to rebuild the base of a deep pothole before you top it with AsphalTech cold asphalt.

Deep holes need a solid, stabilised base: fill straight to the surface and the patch just sinks again. SoilTech Filler builds that base back up so your repair lasts.
How to use it
  1. Clean out the deep pothole — remove debris and standing water.
  2. Fill the bottom with SoilTech Filler and compact it in layers.
  3. Leave room for the wearing course on top.
  4. Finish with AsphalTech Pothole Bags and open to traffic.

Delivery: courier nationwide via Bob Go, dispatched from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout on your order's weight and destination — you see the price before you pay. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days to main centres.

Free collection: 3/4 Coppel Road, Alrode South, Alberton — Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm. We'll email you when your order is packed and ready.

Returns: 7-day cooling-off on unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging. Opened, mixed or part-used product can't be returned unless faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are covered for 6 months under the CPA.

Damaged in transit? Don't use it — email photos to shop@polyroads.com within 48 hours and we'll sort out a replacement or refund with the courier.
