What it is

DustTech is a transparent polymer dust suppressant with a particle size of just 10 micron. Diluted with water and sprayed over the problem area, it binds and seals the top 5–30 mm of material once cured — leaving a wind- and water-resistant surface.

A multi-purpose product for haul roads, mine tailings, fly-ash stockpiles, sand dunes, waste dumps and rural and farm roads.

How to use it
  1. Test a few dilution ratios to find the optimum application rate for your material and traffic conditions.
  2. Fill your water bowser or sprayer with DustTech and dilute with water.
  3. Spray at approximately 1 litre of diluted product per m².

Shipping & returns

Delivery: courier nationwide via Bob Go, dispatched from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout on your order's weight and destination — you see the price before you pay. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days to main centres.

Free collection: 3/4 Coppel Road, Alrode South, Alberton — Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm. We'll email you when your order is packed and ready.

210 L drums — collection or freight quote only. A full drum is about 230 kg, which is not a parcel-courier item. Courier options will not appear at checkout for a cart containing a drum; choose collection, or email shop@polyroads.com for a freight quote and we'll source a proper rate for your load before anything ships. Returns: 7-day cooling-off on unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging. Opened, mixed or part-used product can't be returned unless faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are covered for 6 months under the CPA.

Damaged in transit? Don't use it — email photos to shop@polyroads.com within 48 hours and we'll sort out a replacement or refund with the courier.
