Polyroads' flagship polymer binder — build all-weather roads and hard stands from the soil you already have.

20 L jerry cans courier nationwide, typically 3–5 working days to main centres. 210 L drums are collection or freight quote only — a full drum is about 230 kg, so we source a proper freight rate per load instead of quoting parcel prices at checkout. How drum orders work.

What it is

SoilTech Mk III is a third-generation polymer soil stabiliser for base and sub-base stabilisation. Its elastomer binders gain strength through mechanical compaction and do not become brittle when cured — engineered for excessive loads and all-weather use on haul roads, farm roads, hard stands, container depots and airstrips.

  • Use local in-situ material — reduce quarry aggregate (G5) consumption
  • Speed up construction time by up to 37%
  • Reduce construction costs by 20% to 30%
  • Multi-layer stabilisation or low-cost single-layer designs
  • Reduced CO₂ emissions — made to ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
How to use it
  1. Rip the surface 50–150 mm and add a light dose of water.
  2. Pour SoilTech into your water bowser and top up.
  3. Spray into the base and bring to optimum moisture content.
  4. Mix and profile with a grader.
  5. Compact to 98% MOD AASHTO.

Typical dose: 0.5% SoilTech per weight of soil — approximately 1 litre per m² at 100 mm depth.

Shipping & returns

Delivery: courier nationwide via Bob Go, dispatched from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout on your order's weight and destination — you see the price before you pay. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days to main centres.

Free collection: 3/4 Coppel Road, Alrode South, Alberton — Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm. We'll email you when your order is packed and ready.

210 L drums — collection or freight quote only. A full drum is about 230 kg, which is not a parcel-courier item. Courier options will not appear at checkout for a cart containing a drum; choose collection, or email shop@polyroads.com for a freight quote and we'll source a proper rate for your load before anything ships. How drum orders work.

Returns: 7-day cooling-off on unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging. Opened, mixed or part-used product can't be returned unless faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are covered for 6 months under the CPA.

Damaged in transit? Don't use it — email photos to shop@polyroads.com within 48 hours and we'll sort out a replacement or refund with the courier.
